안녕하세요. ICERM(Institute for Computational and Experimental Research in Mathematics)에서 주최하는 워크숍, 컨퍼런스, 연구 프로그램 등에 참가하는 경우, 학과를 통해 일부 경비 지원을 받을 수 있어 안내드립니다.

지원 대상

• ICERM [https://icerm.brown.edu/]에서 주최하는 프로그램에 초청되었거나 참여가 확정된 수리과학과 소속 교수 및 대학원생

지원 항목

• 항공료, 숙박비, 육상 교통비 등 참가에 필요한 경비 일부 지원

• 식비 및 개인 경비는 지원되지 않음

신청 방법

• ICERM 프로그램 참가가 확정된 후, 아래 내용을 포함하여 학과 사무실로 신청

  1. 참가 프로그램명 및 일정

  2. 초청 여부 및 관련 증빙 자료 (초청장, 참가 승인 메일 등)

  3. 예상 경비 내역 (항공료, 숙박비 등)

  4. 신청자 정보 (이름, 소속, 직위)

Hello,

We would like to inform you that partial financial support may be available through the department for those participating in workshops, conferences, and research programs hosted by ICERM (Institute for Computational and Experimental Research in Mathematics).

Eligibility

Faculty members and graduate students of the Department of Mathematical Sciences who have been invited to or confirmed for participation in an ICERM program [https://icerm.brown.edu/].

Covered Expenses

Partial support for travel expenses, including airfare, accommodation, and ground transportation.

Meals and personal expenses are not covered.

Application Process

Once your participation in an ICERM program is confirmed, please submit the following information to the department office:

• Name and schedule of the program

• Proof of invitation or confirmation of participation (e.g., invitation letter, approval email, etc.)

• Estimated expenses (e.g., airfare, accommodation, etc.)

• Applicant’s details (name, affiliation, position)
