           절차를 아래와 같이 안내하오니 업무에 참고하시기 바라며,

        3. 신청학생의 재입학 관련서류는 학과/전공 심사를 거친 후 2013.1.18(금)

           까지 교무처(학적팀)로 송부하여 주시기 바랍니다.

           가. 재입학 대상 : 학사 및 석·박사과정 학생중 자퇴, 제적자

 

           나. 재입학원 제출기한 :

              - 학생 제출기간 : 2013.1.4(금)까지 학과/전공 사무실에 제출

              - 학과/전공 심사기간 : 2013.1.7(월) - 1.11(금)

              - 학과/전공 심사결과 학적팀 제출 : 2013.1.18(금)까지  

        

           다. 재입학 신청 자격

              - 자퇴 또는 제적일로부터 3년이 경과되지 않은 자. 단,재학년한만료로                 인해 제적된 자는 제외함.

              ※ 재입학 지원가능기간(3년이내)내에는 군복무기간 및 장기간 요양을

                 필요로 하는 질병치료기간은 산입하지 않음.(관련증빙자료 첨부)

                 - 재입학은 자퇴 또는 제적일이 속하는 학기를 포함하여 2학기가 경과

                 하여야 함.

             마. 학과/전공에서의 재입학 심의 추천

              지도교수, 학과장/전공책임교수, 학과/전공내 교수1인을 포함한 3인으로

              구성된 심의위원회 또는 학과/전공 관련위원회에서 지도교수의 의견서,

              면학계획서 등을 참고하여 재입학 신청자의 수학능력여부,잔여재학기간

              내 졸업가능여부 등을 종합심사하여 추천하고, 학사과정 학생의 경우,

              학생지원본부장이 학과/전공에서 추천된 재입학지원자를 면담심사한후

              심사결과에 대하여 학생지원본부장이 학사·연구심의위원회에서

              결과를 발표함.

              ※ 자퇴, 제적 당시 학사과정 무학과 학생은 신청(예정)학과/전공의

                 심의를 받아야 함.

 

           바. 재입학지원서류

              1) 재입학원 1부 (소정양식)

              2) 면학계획서 1부 (소정양식)

              3) 지도(예정)교수 의견서 1부 (소정양식)

              4) 재입학심의 추천서 1부 (소정양식)

              5) 성적표 1부

              6) 학칙 제55조 5항에 의한 군복무 또는 질병치료를 증명할수 있는

                 서류(해당자)

 

           사. 기타 재입학 관련사항

               - 기 취득한 학점은 별도의 인정 절차 없이 성적표에 기재된 모든

                 학점(성적)을 그대로 인정함.

               - 재입학자의 졸업 이수요건은 처음 입학당시의 해당요건을 적용함.

               - 재입학자의 재학기간은 각 과정에 처음 입학한 날로 부터 기산함.

               - 학사경고에 의해 제적된 후 재입학한 학생이 재차 학사경고를 받을

                 시 제적됨.

               - 자격시험 불합격으로 인해 제적된 후 재입학한 학생은 재입학 후 1년

                 이내에 자격시험에 합격하여야 하며, 이 기간이 경과하여도 합격하지                  못한 학생에 대하여는 제적함.(단, 휴학시는 1학기에 한하여 휴학

                 기간 제외)

               - 재입학은 1회에 한하며 원 학년 이하에 허가 할수 있음.

               - 재입학자의 납입금은 "납입금 징수규정에"에 의거 납부하여야 함.

    1. Reference: - Article 55 (Readmission) of Academic Regulations

                  - Article 5-2 (Readmission Procedure) of Guidelines on Admission and Course Enrollment  

          2. Refer to the instructions below on applilcation for readmission in spring 2013 for dropouts and expelled students. 

         3. Readmission documents must be evaluated by the department ad submitted to the Academic Affairs Office (Academic Registrar's Team) by Friday, January 18, 2013.

 

           A. Applicability: Dropouts and expelled students of undergraduate or graduate programs 

 

           B. Deadlines:

              - Student Submission: submit to the department office by Friday, January 4, 2013

              - Department Review: Monday, January 7 - Friday, January 11, 2013

              - Submission of Department Review to Academic Registrar's Team: Friday, January 18, 2013

        

           C. Conditions for Readmission

              - No more than 3 years from the date of dropout or expulsion. Not including students expelled due to expiry of academic period. 

              ※ The suspension period (3 years) does not include time taken for military service or medical treatment (attach supporting documents)

                 - Readmission is possible after 2 semesters including the semester of dropping out or expulsion.

             E. Recommendation for Readmission by Department 

              The candidate is evaluated on academic capacity, remaining number of semesters, and possibility of graduation by a three-member review committee consisting of the advisor, department head, and department professor or a department-related committee. For undergraduate students, a two-member review committee led by the Dean of Student Affairs will be formed to interview the recommended candidate and results will be announced through the Academic and Research Review Committee. 

              ※ Students who did not belong to any department at the time of dropping out or expulsion must be reviewed by a department of choice.

 

           F. Required Documents for Readmission

              1) Application for Readmission (see attachment)

              2) Future Study Plan (see attachment)

              3) Opinion of Advisor on Readmission (see attachment)

              4) Recommendation for Readmission (see attachment)

              5) Academic Transcript

              6) Proof of military service or medical condition as outlined in Article 55-5 of Academic Regulations (if applicable)

 

           G. Others

               - Previously earned credits will be automatically recognized without any separate procedure. 

               - Requirements for graduation will be unchanged from the date of initial admission. 

               - The number of enrolled semesters will be counted from the date of initial admission. 

               - Students readmitted after expulsion will be expelled upon receiving an academic warning. 

               - Students expelled for failing the qualifying exam must pass the exam within 1 year of readmission, and will face expulsion if requirements are not met. (This period may may be extended up to 1 semester if the candidate takes a leave of absence)

               - Students can be readmitted only once and will be accepted to the original academic year. 

               - Tuition for readmitted students follow regular tuition fees.
