학칙 제65조 4항에 의거 2013.02.28일부로 재학년한이 만료되는 석·박사과정 (통합 포함) 학생의 재학년한 연장 승인여부 심의(학사·연구심의위원회)를 위한 신청 절차를 아래와 같이 같이 안내하오니, 해당 대상자는 2013년 1. 18(금) 오전까지 학과행정팀으로 신청하시기 바랍니다.

1. 대 상 : 2013.02.28일부로 재학년한이 만료되는 석·박사과정(통합 포함) 학생으로 재학년한 연장신청이 가능한 자
(2013. 2월 졸업예정자는 제외)
* 대상자 명단은 별도 통보하지 않음.
2. 제출서류 : 재학년한 연장 신청서 1부
3. 제출기한 : 2013.01.18(금) 오전까지 학과행정팀 제출
4. 제출방법 : 학과/전공별로 취합하여 명단 및 협조문 제출
5. 제 출 처 : 학과행정팀으로 제출하면 취합하여 학과행정팀에서 교무처(학 적 팀)로 제출
6. 참고사항
- 신청기한내에 접수하여 재학년한 연장 승인을 받을 수 있도록 해당 학생들에게 안내하여 주시기 바라며,
- 제2008-3회 학사·연구심의위원회(2008. 3.14)에서 향후에는 신청기간이 경과 후(학·연심 종료 후) 추가로 재학년한 연장 신청을 접수하지 않기로 결정되었음을 알려드리오니 참고하시고 해당 학생들이 착오없이 신청할 수 있도록 안내하여 주시기 바랍니다.

In accordance with Article 65, Paragraph 4 of Academic Regulations, we notify the details on the application for extension of academic period for the Ph.D. students whose academic years expires on Feb. 28, 2012 (including those in integrated course).
1. Applicability: Among the Ph.D. students whose academic period expires on Feb.28, 2013 (including those in integrated course), those who are eligible to apply for extension of academic period. (Excluding the students who are expected to graduate in Feb. 2013)
* List of eligible students will not be notified separately.
2. Document to Be Submitted: Application for Extension of Academic Period
3. Deadline: Friday, January 18, 2013
4. How to Submit: Each department/major is requested to collect applications and submit them together with the list of applicants and coordination sheet.
5. Office for Application Submission: Office of Academic Affairs (Academic Registrar' Team)
6. Notes
- Each department and major are requested to guide the potential applicants to get approval for extension of academic period within the deadline.
- The 2008-3th Academic and Research Review Committee has decided not to accept the applications after the application period (2008.3.14). Therefore, each department and major is requested to help the corresponding students submit the application within the deadline.
