1. To those who made an appointment
Thank you for making an appointment before coming to KAIST Clinic through our web http://clinic.kaist.ac.kr. With your cooperation and advice, we could provide better service to your family members ? other KAIST students.
However, there is one thing that we want you to do. In case that you cannot come to our clinic for any reasons on the arranged day, please cancel your appointment a day before the arranged time. There are many students who want to get the health checkups on the day you arranged. Therefore, if you don’t cancel your appointment, another student will lose his opportunity to make it as he likes.
Thank you again for considering us as your health partner and for your cooperation.
PS. As you know, you can use our website (http://clinic.kaist.ac.kr) to cancel your appointment!
2. To those who didn’t make an appointment yet
The biggest difference in the health checkups this year is that we accept only those who made an appointment.
To provide you a better service, we prepare for the health checkups one day in advance. So, it is really hard for us to help you get the checkups without appointment. Since we give a priority to those who made an appointment, we cannot provide you a health checkup service even in the last days of the month. In addition, there will be no further service on the health checkups after October, as the contract with the irregulars are over.

건강검진 관련하여서 학생들에게 알려드립니다.
1. 건강검진을 예약하신 학생분들에게
카이스트 클리닉에서 진행하고 있는 2010 재학생 건강검진에 클리닉 홈페이지( http://clinic.kaist.ac.kr )를 통하여 예약해 주셔서 감사드립니다. 많은 분들의 협조가 있어서 건강검진이 잘 진행되고 있습니다. 부탁드리고자 하는 내용은 예약 후 부득이한 사정으로 검진을 받지 못할 사정이 발생할 경우 반드시 예약을 취소하여 주시기 바랍니다. 예약취소 없이 검진을 받지 않을 경우 동 시간에 검진을 원하시는 다른 학생이 예약을 못하여 검진을 받지 못하는 일이 발생합니다. 사전 예약취소는 반드시 홈페이를 통하여 하여 주시기 바랍니다.
2. 검진 예약을 아직 못하신 학생분들에게
2010년 재학생 건강검진은 예약시스템으로 운영되는 것이 과거의 건강검진과 다른 점입니다. 카이스트 클리닉에서는 예약자들을 대상으로 건강검진 준비를 하기 때문에, 검진예약 없이 당일로 오셔서 검진을 원할 경우 도와드리기가 어렵습니다. 건강검진 마지막 기간에 예약 없이 오셔서 검진을 받고자 희망하셔도 예약자 우선이기 때문에 검진을 받으시기 어렵습니다. 또한 건강검진 기간 이후에는 클리닉 내 소수의 상근인원을 제외한 검진 근무인원이 철수하게 되므로 건강검진을 받으실 수 없습니다. 따라서 사전예약을 통한 건강검진을 다시 한 번 알려드리오니 학생분들의 적극적인 참여를 바랍니다.
