2. During the spring semester of 2022, the Korean language proficiency tests (hereinafter referred to as “TOPIK”) were administered two times; nevertheless, the test was not able to be administered in some countries due to COVID-19.

3. In consideration of this situation, the school has decided to conduct the mock TOPIK test for international students who have not met the Korean language proficiency requirement for graduation among those expecting to graudate in Aug. 2022. The test score shall be replaced with the Korean language proficiency requirement for graduation.

 □ Administration of mock TOPIK test for the spring semester of 2022(tentative)

  a. Test administrator (establishment and implementation of detailed test plans): School of Digital Humanities and Computational Social Sciences.

  b. Eligibility (required to meet all three conditions below)

     - International undergraudate students who are expecting to graduate in Aug. 2022

     - Students who have met all graduation requirements except for Korean language proficiency requirement

     - Students who are on the test administrator’s list of eligible testees, among students who have been recommended by the department

     ※ If a student who has met the Korean language proficiency requirement for graduation through the mock TOPIK test does not graduate in Aug. 2022, the mock test score shall be invalidated.

c. Recommendation of eligible testees : Each department (school) is to submit application forms to the School of Digital Humanities and Computational Social Sciences through request for cooperation.

d. Test information : The School of Digital Humanities and Computational Social Sciences will inform applicants of the exam schedule, method and etc.

e. Notification of test results : The School of Digital Humanities and Computational Social Sciences will notify testees and the Academic Registrar’s Team with test results.

f. (Reference) Major schedule related to the assessment for degree conferral

  - Deadline for submission of TOPIK scores for Spring 2022 : July 19 (Tue.), 2022

  - Base date for conferral of BS/MS degrees in Aug. 2022 : Aug. 28 (Sun.), 2022

2. 2022학년도 봄학기 동안 2회의 한국어능력시험(이하 'TOPIK')이 진행되었으나

   코로나19로 인해 나라별 지역별 시험 개최 여부가 상이하였으며,

   이로 인해 학생이 체류하는 지역의 코로나19 상황에 따라 TOPIK 시험을 응시하지

   못한 사례가 발생했습니다.

3. 이러한 상황을 고려하여 2022년 8월 학사과정 졸업대상자 중 한국어 졸업요건을

   충족하지 못한 외국인 학생에 한하여 아래와 같이 모의 TOPIK을 실시하고, 해당 결과를 한국어 졸업요건으로 대체하고자 합니다.

 □ 2022학년도 봄학기 모의 TOPIK 실시(안)

  가. 시험 주관(시험 세부계획 수립 및 시행): 디지털인문사회과학부

  나. 응시 자격(3가지 조건 모두 충족)

     - 2022년 8월 외국인 학사과정 졸업대상자

     - 한국어 졸업요건을 제외한 모든 졸업요건을 충족한 학생

     - 모의 TOPIK 응시에 대해 학과의 추천을 받은 학생 중

       시험 주관부서가 대상자로 통보한 학생

        ※ 모의 TOPIK을 통해 한국어 졸업요건을 충족한 학생이 2022년 8월에 졸업하지 못한 경우,

           모의 TOPIK 취득 성적은 무효처리함

  다. 응시대상자 추천: 각 학과(부)는 디지털인문사회과학부에 응시대상자 신청서를

      협조문 제출

  라. 시험안내: 디지털인문사회과학부에서 응시대상자에게 시험일정 및 방법 등 안내

  마. 시험결과 통보: 인문사회과학부에서 응시자 및 학적팀에 시험결과 통보
