Samsung Science and Technology Foundation announced its selection of 26 original and challenging research projects for funding in the second half of 2019. Among them is Professor Jae Kyoung Kim’s research on the “Estimation of Dynamic Network from Time-series Big Data of Biological Systems.”
Established in 2013 to help foster the development of basic science and advanced technologies in Korea, the Foundation has offered grants to scientists twice in a year to support their work up to ten years.
The selected 26 projects are 7 research in basic science, 10 in materials engineering, and 9 in information and communications technology (ICT).
