1. 관련 : 학칙 제65조 제4항(재학년한)
2. 위와 관련하여 2015. 8. 31일부 재학년한이 만료되는 석박사과정(통합과정 포함) 학생의 재학년한 연장(1년) 승인여부 심의(학사연구심의위원회)를 위한 신청 절차를 아래와 같이 안내하오니, 해당 학생들은 기한 내에 신청하시기 바랍니다.

가. 대상 : 2015. 8. 31일부 재학년한 만료되는 석박사과정(통합과정 포함) 학생(2015년 8월 졸업예정자 제외)
* 대상자 명단은 별도 통보하지 않음.
나. 제출서류 : 재학년한 연장 신청서 1부.
다. 제출기간 및 방법 : 2015. 6. 30(화) 오전까지 학과행정팀으로 제출하면 취합하여 교무처(학적팀)으로 공문으로 제출
첨부 : 재학년한 연장신청서 양식 1부(국영문). 끝.

2. Graduate students whose prescribed time limit expires as of Aug. 31, 2015 may
apply for an extension subject to approval by the Academic/Research Review
Committee. Instructions are provided below.

A. Applicability : Graduate students (including integrated MS-PhD) whose
prescribed time limit expires as of August 31, 2015. (excluding students
expecting graduation in August 2015)
* List of aplicable students will not be notified separately.
B. Required Document: Application for Extention of Prescribed Time Limit
C. Deadline: Tuesday, June 30, 2015
D. Method: Each department/division is to collect and submit in an official
document format.
E. Where to submit: Office of Academic Affairs (Academic Registrar's Team)
