The spring semester of 2018 has kicked off in the last week of February.

Members of the Mathematical Sciences Department hosted the Graduate Students Day in Spring 2018 on Friday, March 2, 2018 at a nearby restaurant to welcome 26 new faces (9 masters, 13 MS-Ph.D. combined, and 4 doctoral students) and build stronger teamwork.

A total of 87 graduate students, faculty, and post-doctoral researchers participated in the event and shared ideas for creative collaborations over beer and scrumptious food.
