KAIST is starting a new program called the Ewon Assistant Professorship to promote young and promising assistant professors for their educational and research activities and furthermore to recruit excellent young scientists, following the wish of Mrs. Ewon Oh who provided a generous donation to KAIST.

One of the young and excellent 10 Ewon Assistant Professors is Prof. Sang-il Oum of our department.
