Knots and Spatial Graphs Workshop 2024
Local Information
Venue
The conference will be held at United Arab Emirates University in the city of Al Ain in the east of the United Arab Emirates.
Al Ain is an oasis city in the desert about 90 minutes' drive south east from Dubai and east from Abu Dhabi. After Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah, it is the fourth largest city in the UAE. Due to the oasis, the city is relatively green, and is known as the "Garden City". Parts of the city and surrounding region are designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site, due to the archaeological sites at Hafit, Hili, and Bidaa Bint Saud, and the oasis areas in Al Ain itself.

Please note, the event organizers do not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit us to pay any expenses you may incur.
