강연 주제 : Product formulas arise from bilateral basic hypergeometric series
Abstract : As we can see via Weyl character formulas in representation theory and Borcherd's products in modular forms, representing infinite sums as infinite products is very important in many areas of mathematics. Applying several transformation and summation formulas in basic hypergeometric series into known bilateral sums, we derive several product formulas which are symmetric on their variables. Then we study their properties such as Weyl symmetries and partition theoretic interpretations and observe how they are related to Maass forms.
